The Role
The Sales Manager role at Klimato is quite unique and extremely powerful as its responsibility is driving sales growth. As Klimato has customers worldwide, experience working with enterprise customers on an international market is a prerequisite.
You’ll play a pivotal role in contributing to drive the overall customer growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team in Stockholm. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth,
as well as building and maintaining client relationships in the Nordic region. We'd love to hear from you if you're commercially driven, passionate about making a difference but also value a work-life balance.
The ability to collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, is key to ensuring that a cohesive approach is taken. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong interpersonal skills and a cross-functional mindset. As a SaaS company, most customer meetings take place digitally, but occasional travel may be required.
What you will do
Prospect to generate own pipeline opportunities to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identifying, researching and contacting leads, including generating required number of opportunities through cold and warm outreach
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others
Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders and key influencers in various departments/teams/regions to identify potential
Lead sales meetings, manage and close business with prospects and clients
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales strategies and tactics continually
Ensure all administration is in line with company policy & procedure (Hubspot)
Your background
Proven track record, 3-5 years, of success in Sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
Proven track record in successfully managing your own growth pipeline and meeting your quota.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell the company's products or services.
In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Demonstrated collaboration with marketing, sales and product peers.
Analytical and strategic thinking to develop data-driven sales strategies and make informed business decisions.
