Klimato is looking for a data-driven Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and agenda, driving measurable growth, and customer acquisition in the climate-tech SaaS space. This role is not about brand management, it’s about leveraging data, insights, and performance marketing to scale our impact. The Role

Marketing at Klimato plays a critical and unique role in driving our growth and impact. As Head of  Marketing, you will lead the Marketing team and be a key member of the Commercial Leadership  Team, shaping how we attract, engage, and retain customers.  Our two main internal stakeholders are:

 

● Sales: Supporting the entire customer journey, from lead generation to enterprise conversion,  ensuring marketing directly contributes to revenue growth. 

● Product: As a product-led growth (PLG) company, product marketing is at the heart of our  strategy. championing the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the product  externally to drive adoption and retention. 

 

To excel in this role, experience in value proposition development and commercial campaigns is  essential, ensuring you deeply understand the commercial dynamics of a fast-scaling SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a marketing strategy focused on measurable growth,  demand generation, and customer acquisition. 

● Data-Driven Positioning: Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points  using data and market insights to optimize positioning and awareness. 

● Go-To-Market Execution: Own commercial product launches end-to-end, including data-driven  go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and activation in collaboration with sales,  customer growth, and marketing teams. 

● Performance & Growth Marketing: Oversee and refine Klimato’s marketing efforts, ensuring  high engagement, retention, and conversion through performance-driven campaigns. 

● Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI, balancing  growth marketing and brand-building efforts. 

● Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and expand the Product Marketing team, fostering a  data-driven and results-oriented culture.

Required Experience

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving  growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment. To succeed in this role, you should have: 

● 3–5+ years of experience in both strategic and hands-on commercial product marketing in a  leadership role. 

● A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing Product Marketing teams in  fast-growing companies. 

● Hands-on experience successfully launching and executing product go-to-market strategies. 

● Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, understanding how to drive engagement, conversion,  and retention. 

● The ability to analyze data, extract insights, and turn them into clear, actionable marketing  strategies. 

● Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot 

● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring  alignment across sales, product, and customer teams. 

● A history of making strategic decisions and executing them effectively in a dynamic,  fast-moving environment.
