We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our outbound growth marketing strategy and drive lead generation. This position is responsible for creating and executing growth-focused marketing plans.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our outbound digital marketing channels, including paid search and display advertising, globally. You will develop outbound growth strategies, driving high quality MQLs into the top of the funnel, forecast and report on campaign & funnel performance and work closely with rest of the marketing team to align growth efforts with the broader marketing strategy.

Working closely with the CMO, CSO and external agency partners, you will also develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, collaborating closely with sales to engage high-potential accounts to drive new and upsell opportunities.

This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Partner with the sales team to develop, execute, and manage persona specific, multi-channel account-based marketing initiatives aimed at high-value accounts within identified target segments.

  • Digital Marketing Management: Lead all outbound digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Event Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the Events marketing team to ensure outbound activity fits seamlessly into the wider marketing campaign plan.

  • Organic Marketing Integration: Collaborate with our SEO agency and Web Manager to align outbound activities to the wider organic marketing strategy.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on KPIs that impact pipeline development, such as lead conversion rates and account engagement.

  • Marketing Automation and Lead Quality Improvement: Leverage marketing automation tools to refine lead scoring, nurture journeys and segmentation, with a focus on improving MQL quality.

  • Exploring New Marketing Technologies: Stay informed on the latest marketing technologies and platforms.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics platforms and marketing automation tools to assess campaign performance and ROI. Make informed budget recommendations to optimize spending and impact across marketing channels.

  • Marketing Funnel and MQL Optimization: Working closely with the CMO and Head of CRM, regularly assess marketing’s contribution to the sales funnel, analyzing conversion rates of campaigns, landing pages and engagement across funnel stages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM within a B2B software or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success in managing ABM campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and web optimization for lead generation.

  • Experience of running global campaigns across differing regions, including different languages.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with experience in lead scoring and MQL optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

  • Experience with emerging marketing technologies and a strong interest in exploring new tools that drive growth.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
