The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for capturing and managing new prospects effectively through digital marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and lead conversion optimization. You will develop strategies and execute the Campaign Calendar, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Your focus will be on driving MQLs, nurturing leads through the sales cycle, and contributing to both revenue growth and the sales pipeline.

 

Your responsibilities:

The overall Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to drive leads converting to MQLs and pipeline growth.

  • Design lead generation strategies, including lead scoring models, to increase inbound traffic and nurture leads through the sales cycle.

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, social media, webinars, etc.).

  • Identify and explore new opportunities to expand lead generation efforts and strengthen the MQL pipeline.

 

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, managing paid media (PPC, social ads, retargeting), SEO initiatives, and website optimization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content, landing pages, and other assets needed for campaign success.

 

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies focused on key accounts to generate qualified leads.

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and optimize the MQL-to-SQL conversion process.

 

Marketing Automation:

  •  Create and execute nurturing campaigns to keep new and current prospects engaged until they are ready to purchase.

  • Utilize CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and streamline outreach.

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to enhance lead engagement.

 

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  •  Define KPIs for demand generation efforts and track key performance metrics like MQLs, conversion rates, and lead quality.

  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, continuously improving campaign effectiveness.

 

Your background

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS both strategic and operational roles within lead generation and marketing automation.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing demand generation and ABM strategies.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Track record of successful lead generation, nurturing, and driving MQL-to-SQL-to-offer conversions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in data analysis and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and social media.
