Brand Manager to Pophouse (temporary position)

Role and responsibilities
As Brand Manager, you will play an important role in the brand development and planning process. You will oversee brand activities across multiple brands and projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and acting as the evangelist of the brands. Your responsibilities will include driving brand growth, managing brand initiatives, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Strategic Development and Implementation:
· Drive brand development and brand planning initiatives, working closely with the Brand & Marketing Director to shape the future direction of Pophouse’s brand portfolio.
· Lead the development of brand strategy documents, project lead key workstreams, and facilitate brand workshops.
· Manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources to maximize brand impact and ROI.
· Oversee brand activities across multiple brands and projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, guidelines, and objectives.
· Close collaboration with creatives to develop brand assets, including brand guidelines, marketing collaterals, packaging, and other brand-related materials.
· Together with creatives and external agencies, coordinate social media strategy and plan and alignment with brand plan.
Research and Analysis:
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize brand strategies and activations.
· Stay updated with industry- and social platform trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management, incorporating them into brand strategies and
activities.

· Proven experience (7 years) in brand management or related roles
· Strong understanding of brand development, brand positioning, and brand planning.
· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
· Proficiency in brand management tools, marketing analytics, project management software – and naturally, PowerPoint.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market research, and consumer insights to drive brand strategies and make informed decisions.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Passion for branding, market trends, and consumer behavior, with a continuous learning mindset and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
There will be three Brand Managers in the team and you will report to the Brand & Marketing Director.
The position is a temporary starting mid February beginning of March 2025 for a duration of 12 months.
